Refund and Return Policy

At PerfectStuds.ro, we want you to have the most pleasant and worry-free experience possible. If the product you ordered is not what you wanted, you can easily return the order.

RETURN PERIOD

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package to return the product, without having to justify your decision.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered:

• unused
• without traces of assembly or wear
• in the original packaging (where applicable)

The return must contain all accessories and any gifts offered.

REFUND MONEY

• After we receive and check the returned product, we will refund the value of the order within maximum 14 working days.
• The refund will be made to the bank account provided by you.
• The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

HOW DO YOU MAKE A RETURN?

1. Send an email to office@perfectstuds.ro with the subject “Return Request”. Mention:
   • Full name
   • Order number
   • Reason for return (optional)
   • IBAN for refund
2. We will send you the address where you can send the package.
3. After receipt, you will receive confirmation by email.
